The building is cleaned on a daily basis by the janitor and maintenance is tended to by our talented staff who will handle things quickly and efficiently. We offer our tenants an after-hours maintenance hotline for emergency requests that cannot wait until the next morning.

Within a reasonable distance from the building you will find all the conveniences of grocery shopping, restaurants, banking, etc… most of which are located around the 82nd & Exchange area. Just three blocks from the building is the 83rd Street (Avalon Park) Metra stop. If you happen to drive, street parking is convenient and easy.

The South Central Community Services has one of their branches located at 83rd & Ellis and throughout their many years of success have offered the people of Avalon Park educational, community and wellness services. It is a social service agency serving anyone from youth to seniors with 19 different programs and services.
