Depending on the unit, the floor finish may vary from carpet to hardwood. The building has twelve units total so it offers a nice neighborly feel. The property is gated and has an intercom entry system for the tenant’s security. The building is cleaned on a daily basis by the janitor and maintenance is tended to by our talented staff who will handle things quickly and efficiently. We offer our tenants an after-hours maintenance hotline for emergency requests that cannot wait until the next morning.

There are several conveniences surrounding the building and a great deal of them are located on 82nd – 83rd & Exchange. There you will find a currency exchange, grocery stores, restaurants, banking, and transportation options. Just three blocks from the building is the 83rd Street (Avalon Park) Metra stop. If you happen to drive, the street parking is easy.

The South Central Community Services has one of their branches located at 83rd & Ellis and throughout their many years of success have offered the people of Avalon Park educational, community and wellness services. It is a social service agency serving anyone from youth to seniors with 19 different programs and services.

Appliances, heat and cooking gas are included in the price of the rent, what a great deal! The tenant is responsible for their own electric. There is no security deposit, just a one-time move in fee of $250.00. Our pet policy is a maximum of two cats only, no dogs.
